During the several months leading to your event, our planners work with you to create a comprehensive plan and timeline, incorporating all of the elements that will make your event unique and memorable.

We begin by getting to know you and what you're looking to achieve. This includes working with ideas you may already have or introducing you to options that align to the theme of your event. We help to plan all the necessary components leading to your event, which may include: negotiating contracts with vendors; creating or assisting with the event’s conceptual flow and vision; referring you to reputable established vendors and/or partners; conducting vendor management; and serving as a point of contact for the venue coordinator.

We pride ourselves on a collaborative process that begins at the initial consultation and continues through the conclusion of your wedding or special event. In addition, we can customize planning packages with Tres Belle's signature direct services of invitation design, signage, and favors.
