There are many rewarding things about planning a wedding day, but logistics such as contacting venues, coordinating catering deliveries, and discussing sound equipment concerns with DJs tend to overshadow them. Yes, it is true event preparation necessities are not always extremely exciting, but they are all crucial to preparing for your special day.   • Meeting with the bride & groom (consultation)
  • Coordinating of rehearsal
  • Managing event schedule/timeline
  • Receiving deliveries and greet vendors
  • Managing vendors and any issues during ceremony and reception
  • Ensuring that the ceremony and reception are set up according to plan including programs, decorations, musicians, centerpieces, place cards, table numbers, favors, DJ, etc.)
  • Assisting with handing out bouquets, pinning corsages, pinning boutonnieres, etc.
  • Coordinating procession of wedding party down the aisle
  • Helping photographer to gather family members for group pictures
  • Collecting desired decorations, extra favors, gifts and envelopes when reception ends
  • Distributing tip envelopes and/or final payments to all vendors

  • Meeting with the bride & groom (consultation & three planning meetings)
  • Developing and managing schedules and checklists
  • Assist with preparation of client's budget
  • Working with Tres Belle's team to coordinate event elements (including floral & event design, invitation & collateral design, photography, videography, makeup and hair)
  • Recommend trustworthy vendors (including caterers, transportation, officiates, bakers, and musicians)
  • Tracking RSVPs
  • Preparing final schedule/timeline
  • Meeting to review ceremony and reception details
  • Visiting venue for final walk-through with client
  • Retrieval and return of rental equipment
  • Lady in Waiting Service (See service listing below)
  • Day-of Coordination Services (services listed in the Cobalt package) (includes one planner and at least one assistant planner for weddings of 200 guests with multiple locations)

  • Developing and managing schedules and checklists
  • Preparing and customizing budget
  • Assisting with color palette, theme and style of wedding
  • Working with Tres Belle's team to coordinate event elements (including floral & event design, invitation & collateral design, photography, videography, makeup and hair)
  • Assisting with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
  • Helping to find, negotiate, and book vendors (including caterers, transportation, officiates, bakers, musicians) and develop contracts
  • Communicating regularly with vendors to ensure services provided are punctual and correct

The sole purpose of the "Lady in Waiting," in a wedding is to assist the bride. She may help the bride get into her dress, play the role of the messenger, or prepare the bridal train just before the bride begins her walk down the aisle. After the ceremony, the Lady in Waiting may keep track of the bride's belongings or even prepare the bridal suite.
